Hi. Don't know if you do but I love snow. I miss my young days when we used to get a lot of it. AAAWWWWW, Bo has come to say hi. That's so adorable.🥰🥰🥰 Remember, it's ok to be nervous. Nervousness is a good thing. It helps us be cautious in life. Super excited for the journey (easy for me to say from here).😁 Each new thing you do makes it easier to do the next new thing. I like your bit on your symptoms. For those that are not aware, it will help them understand and appreciate your journey. Good touch. Excellent! You are starting to figure out how to adapt to your current condition. That will help you move forward more effectively. Brain Fog is very normal for LC. Loss of memory (not really, you just can't remember where you put the memories in your brain😵💫), slow to process what's happening or what you are doing, Feeling like you can't keep up, etc.. Crowds are too stimulating. Overloads the brain. Sound about right? Your symptoms are all very typical. Remember, there are millions of us out here all going through the same thing. Think of it as your brain stuck in first gear so just do things slower so your brain can keep up. Pacing is not just physical, it's mental as well. You'll feel better too. Note: I have to stop your video as I watch to comment or I won't remember what I want to say come the end. The electrodes and stuff they sent you is called a Halter Monitor. It will monitor your heart rate over an extended period and then you probably send the results to the clinic. Whenever I have used one (a few times over the years), it has been for a week at a time. Boy, you're all set up. That's great. It's a lot for your brain right now but your brain is a muscle so it will get easier as you go. Hang in there!! You're doing great. HEY!!! You made it!!🎉🎉🎊🎊 Pat yourself on the back (after a nap😁). Things always look worse when you're tired. Remember my saying don't look at the big picture, just focus on today and tomorrow, not next week (brain overload). It will get easier. Not unusual for things to look overwhelming in the beginning. Again, hang in there - you're doing great!!😄👍👍🥇

ive been having pretty intense palpitations since i got covid in late 2021 and they just wont go away. i cant progress with exercise anymore and need to take time off just to get back to feeling not horrible. super tired and stuff as well, but they could never find anything wrong with me. i passed all the pots tests and cardiology tests with no abnormal findings. its such a crazy virus. really hope this treatment plan works for you long covid sucks

I’m really sorry to hear that. It sure is frustrating isn’t it? Especially when no one knows how to help you. Thanks for your kind words. You’ll be in my prayers :)

You young lady are hands down my favorite content creator, but I am so glad not in your neck of the woods. This snow bird heads south to Arizona to avoid that cold white stuff. 🥰

I forgot. Remember you said you are too tired to make dinner so you go eat with your parents? Don't feel bummed about that. Trust me that will changed and in the meantime, your parent's are loving having their daughters with them for dinner.

I love having dinner with them too!

May I make a really big suggestion. Remove the word sick from your description. You are a 'Trailer dwelling girly' who just happens to be sick at the moment - not a 'sick girly'. Believe it or not, it does make a difference. It's part of how you look at things.🙂🙂 (Hope that's not too forceful)
@MadelinJ18 күн бұрын
Yeah I see why you’d say that but I don’t think of myself that way, it’s mostly just to describe my channel I guess because I do post a lot about that:)

Hey Madz! Hang in there! Think of this like starting a college class and this is the first day where they go over the syllabus and you are thinking, "what in the world have I gotten myself into." The groundwork is being set so you know the why and how of what's happening. It's sure to get better. Keep the faith!
