Long COVID Web: Webinar Series- Prevention, Spread, Variants and Vaccine

In our second webinar session we hear from experts on the prevention, spread, current variants, and vaccines relevant to long COVID.
First, Drs. Bhéreur and Filiatrault address the prevention of COVID-19 infection/reinfection to protect the health of all Canadians and prevent post COVID-19 condition (PCC). They provide an overview of the lessons learned from the pandemic and the tools that should be used at the community level to control the spread of SARS-CoV-2.
Second, we hear from Dr. Alon Vaisman as he shares an update on the current circulating variants and available vaccines. He also covers current evidence on the impact of vaccination on post-infection COVID syndromes.
