Weird they felt the need to reduce timberwolves chance and remove cougar from coastal highway, i didnt think it was necessary but who knows

The cougar in coastal highway had territory right on top of the transfer zone into the ravine, they’re tweaking it so players can still travel without having to fight a cougar for every trip out of the region

It's kinda hypocritical of them considering they force you to walk through auroras fighting amped up predators, cold weather, and extremely difficult regions if you want to find the bunkers for the tales. Especially when you're able to keep the trader and turn off the cougar. Don't get me wrong I love this game, I just think taking that cougar out wasn't necessary.

It was a pretty easy to get in the current state of things. Removing it was really lame though. they could have just reduced its effectiveness or replaced it with a new version in a future patch. Having a feat permanently locked really sucks.

Anybody else getting a bug where frames drop to single digits when entering buildings? Game breaking for me, haven't been able to get into the new features since release.

Several of my old runs now get 12 fps no matter what now so definitely a bug.

May have something to do with the Tale progression being bugged (not sure). Everytime I saved the game it capped it to 7 fps. I managed to solve this issue by giving the file to a friend so that he could load it and he found nothing wrong with it. After that he gave me the file again and somehow it solved itself. I have no clue what happened but it worked for me

@@andrewb.9815 Yeah, I had a 100 day run in CH, when I used the new safehouse system my frames dropped to 10 or so, even if I left the building. Had to restart all over, but so far I'm getting lucky

Annoyingly they left in the thing that killed me. Its the instant respawns. Got my cougar kill in Ash Canyon. Climbed the ropes to get the improved backpack. Got it and the crampons. Moved back down the rope and there he was waiting for me. No couple of days respawn just straight back in the fight. Wasnt expecting it and lost a 200 day run.

They should also slow the respawn rate of the cougar in CH 4 cougars in 3 days is way too many in such a short time frame.

So cougar still is respawning day after is killed? killed it 6 times and i am almost out of bullets so should i turn it off now when i have a chance? or suck it and make my life a pain

Couldn't we give the trader something lighter instead of batteries. Also, a battery stash in Foresaken Airfield isn't good. I used the travois to carry 2 batteries from ZOC to BR. It took forever because the travois was getting stuck on everything! I can't imagine taking them from FA.

Yea Sutherland is a bit too picky. Could take the travois to the shortcut in FA to the upper and carry them one at a time but yea a pain.

Eating ruined food meat etc has been fine just checked. Painkillers and Antibiotics don't work ruined now and I suspect some recipes don't either most likely intended.

In my 200 day stalker run all my ruined meat, pies, cans etc don’t give me the option to eat. Only pick up or drop commands.

I think the plan is to replace it with a different probably more balanced perk. With that perk on I can stealth animals a little too well lol.

Hopefully when this hotfix hits console itll solve some of the cougar problems like when killing a cougar in a region two more spawn or the cougars respawining too quickly since ive had this happen in 3 different regions AC,PV and MT

Yeah its crazy, and travoise is useless 90% if the times especially if you have to haul the batteries through multiple regions like from where they added more batteries now Forsaken airfield and blackrock. They should have added batteries to the quonset garage and the maintanance yard.

Safehouse limits are absolute trash. Thank God I stuffed 7k worth of stuff before the crapdate. They always ruin fun things. That what ive learned from videogames over the years.
