Love the Starcom toy line! Agree they were 1:35 scale (factor the boots in for height). You might appreciate the new Archecore toy line which is 1:35 scale with amazing articulation and the proportions are realistic (the Desert Raiders set is worthwhile).

I personally use lego friends minidolls, they are 1:38 scale, and it means 1 stud = 1 foot

Those Transformers are from the ‘Human Alliance’ series. Very nice 1/35 scale with decent articulation. Like yourself, I appreciate the correct proportions on these figures.
