I beg to differ. It was the worst I've ever had, from BKK to KUL. AirAsia's catering, in general, are far superior to MAS.

I’m a pilot who regularly fly from London-Kuala Lumpur to and fro, I can say that the food catering in London is more disappointing as compared to the one in Kuala Lumpur. I do apologise if the meal you had from London to Kuala Lumpur wasn’t up to your expectations. Will feedback to the catering team in London. Hope you fly with us more soon

Cap you tell MH department to change again tradition ,for IFE use astro measat mode ,second use Starlink mode bulk order for flight ,3 about food bring tradition again , I know what need to be improve even lightweight .

lol at the IFE not working. The same happened to me on MH when I last flew with them in 2018 on the same route for the entire duration (just mine) Thankfully it was a night flight so I didn’t mind too much.

I got to see London and I take the Boeing 777-300ER Qatar but no available Qatar flights are booked to London so I go to doha first then I take the airbus a350 to go to London 14 hours

I have used the MAS airline before but not to uk but to other malaysian states. Overall when i ride it i find nothing wrong with it but for me is annoying when the plane always gave me peanuts and orange juice. I don't really like eating peanut honestly but atleast orang juice counts because i love orange juice.

No you don’t get a menu. Cabin crew come around telling you what the 2 options are. In this instants, it was beef or chicken. But that’s about it. They don’t tell you what comes with the beef or chicken. I expected rice, but I got potatoes.

Yeah, it’s a shame. It seems the food is only good when it’s catered out of Singapore. You can check out my Singapore Airlines review from London to Singapore on my channel to see what I was served…wasn’t great.

I flew with MAS london to phnom penh,i would rate them 8out of 10 both ways ,food was good ,and at the end of the day your a coach passenger paying minimum fare,therefore you shouldnt expect to much bang for your buck,i pay a lot more with SIA for the same journey and to be honest its very much the same.your fare goes on the high cost of the fuel and the hundreds of litres used just for your weight on the flight,the golden age of air travel is over,never to return.

@DodoJames-cm4io 0 seconds ago we flow with them once they were late taking off so we missed our connection flight we spent 12 hours of hell at their airport sending us from one counter to another. in our return we found out at the airport our flights were cancelled all together after 16 hours they gave us flights they refused us meals or hotel worse airline ever
