found this video and watch it a couple time already , its very motivational for me to start long jumping , passes the 4 meters mark just a couple days ago , and I'm creeping onto that 5 meter mark slowly edit : I recently participated in a track meet and was proud to say that I reach 5.23 meter mark , I didn't win but it was a fun experience and I will be working hard to get that 6 meter mark ! edit : fast forward 10 months a massive pb of 6.40m so proud of myself with the consistency

Great improvement in jumping As a fellow jumper I want to connect with you to ask some questions regarding jumping I've recently put up 90 cms in my jump in the last 4 months and my recent PB in training is 6.20 I'm currently 19 and would like to talk to you about how to jump further. @@rejibutera4496 developed strengths in my legs worked out the plyometrics and focused on my form and improving my technique one month is long enough for you to correct your mechanisms step by step and work on it and then integrate it all together to your jump

@@rejibutera4496 with right guidance took me 20-25 days but it was very personalized and hardcore training . During the 4 weeks I dropped of my weight from 65 to 60 to make me lighter increase my airtime and worked on strengths and improving my core for hanging too. You will have to judge yourself and device a plan and routine and stick to it
