Stopped by the big white truck with red letters and picked up a few new tools. The 15" needle nose have been on my list for a while, but just playing with them on the truck clinched the deal. The ratchet was also a keeper. Enjoy, and Go Green!

I do love a Snap On tool haul. That blue handle screwdriver is one of my favorite sizes. Out of all the different handle designs the Snap On is still my favorite. Maybe it is because for over 40 years of using them. Having said that, the Tekton hard handle screwdrivers are incredibly comfortable to me, maybe better than my Snap on's. I suspect that little screwdriver either got mixed up or someone did a swap without him knowing it. We had a boy at one of the dealerships I worked at with a bad habit of doing that crap. Carry a abused tool onto the truck hidden and swap it out when the tool guy wasn't looking. I pissed him off when I saw him doing it once and called him out on it. I took it as the same as stealing. He would treat his tools like crap and then sneak around and swap it for a new one. He tried, once, to do that to another tech. He was about to get a tail whipping if we hadn't stopped the other tech. He had a large pry bar and was about to wear it out on wingnuts head. Also, I have that ratchet and love it. I use at times just because it's fun. Thanks for another great video brother. Stay strong.

Doc, you need to get your hands on the PB Swiss striking cap screwdrivers. They aren't easy to find, but they are AMAZING!!! I think you would love them.

Hello again Doc Thank you again for another great video 👍 First of all, very nice selection of tools. I think the one that got attention the most was the articulating ratchet. I would have have one in my hands for me to decide if I need it or not. Again thank you 😊

Lol I learned to remove and replace my own snap on screwdriver shafts. I’ll bring bad shaft to my dealer and exchange it. It only took me once seeing him crank down on a new shaft with his very toothy steel jaw vise. 😬 I use either a hard plastic or rubber faced set of vise inserts in my old Athol.

It seems like if snap on is going to warranty their tools for life they might want to get the repair right the first time.

I don’t have any Fluke tools but I always held them in high regard. Disappointing pair of pliers. Too bad too, because I like that design. Hopefully the pair you got is just a…fluke.

I don't think I'd ever buy that indexing head ratchet from Snapon. Originally they were invented and made for blue point by SRTC but snapon eventually dropped the contract snd ripped it off.

I'm a mech tech at a robotics company and work on cars in my spare time. I use one of those ratchets all the time at work. We use a bunch of low torque fasteners so using an electric ratchet is not a great idea. Using it as a speeder is a godsend. There's also been a few places where I have had to use it as a push pull style ratchet at work getting into some right spots. Bought one for home use on cars and so far haven't found it as useful there.

@@jnewman1991 yeah it’s def not a general function lol.. down a small hole with a recessed bolt.. that’s where it will be useful. It has its place.. but not with many lol.. while they was at it hey should have put a pivoting head too..
