Another great video. I liked watching the experiments involving the recoil pulse. Would a muzzle brake recoil more or less than a surpressor?

A muzzle brake always wants to remove more recoil than a suppressor. A muzzle brake gives a fast recoil pulse, but in turn it also amplifies the sound. A suppressor has a "tougher" and longer recoil pulse so it depends on your own preferences what you like best. And of course, less noise that helps keep the hearing for several years. Even with ear protection, the bang from the brake is very high.

Another factor for me is that I shoot a lot when there is snow. A brake quickly swirls up snow which can be disruptive, while increased sound on hunting is no advantage. A supressor also removes much of the flame that will be visible on a hunt in less light
