I just noticed the Cruiser Pro also uses a 3 amp USB port. Giving about 15 watts for feeding hungry phones, cameras, and led lights. Nice!

Took me a 120 mile round trip Monday the 12th to Rocky Mound Rd TN, on my Phatmoto all terrain, used 68 ounces going , and 64 oz’s coming home 🏡. I’m DP♿️ from accidents over my 67 years on this planet! The mod’s I’ve made to this bike suits my needs and comfort for long trips following the PM’s that have to be kept up with in manual supplied with bike kit. Approaching 500 miles as of this week with no major problems!

You can go the maximum range all the time if you charge your battery 100% all the time by doing that which will degrade your battery faster than charging it to 80% and don’t run it to empty which will also degrade your battery faster then not going lower than 20% running your battery between these levels will prolong your battery much longer unless you could afford to buy a new battery every three to five years or make it last for ten to fifteen years that’s why I think buy a big long range is better because if you want it to last you really could use only 50% of your battery which a lot of people might not know.

Thank you for touching on some of the design defects of this particular bicycle. There are some points to be made about magicycle in general that people should consider before purchasing from them. Their customer support is very bad plus the only way to contact them in china is through email and they only view those during the middle of the night. There is no technical support to speak of, they don't have any touch up paint if something is scratched, many parts that should be steel are aluminum and they give unbelievably high torque requirements that are impossible to determine because of the fastener type used. Also, don't even consider returning it as that will cost you around $400 and repackaging it yourself. magicycle has youtube videos which they call community-influence reviews. They look like regular people giving honest opinions but they're sponsored by magicycle. Not sure if HoverBikes is one but you really need due diligence before buying from them.

Great video and information... I'm impressed with this review..!!! As I'm about to get into the hotshot business and being on the road for 3 weeks out of the month, I will be considering this bike to take along with me... This will be a trouble free bike for being on the road and my 2 stroke will work great when I'm home for a week...!!!!

22:31 i'm glad you said something about the price since $2600 is alot for an ebike and enough to get a motorcycle. The honda navi is one that you can get for this price after the fees from a dealership. It cruises at 30 but can just about go 50 for heavier people. Or you could buy something like the hawk 250 from txpowersports for $1900 if you want something that's faster but needs a bit of tinkering to assemble and get it super reliable. With the hawk that would leave ~$700 for basic upgrades and riding gear.

Every time I see that logo I can't help but say "Magic Ycle" I see what they're trying to go for but surely it was either meant to be "Magi Cycle" or "Magic Cycle". I don't think much thought was put into the branding of this one😅
@NicksBikes2 жыл бұрын
Incidentally I noticed that the logo on the stem reads "Magi Cycle" but on the rear stays it's "Magic Ycle" Yeah someone didn't pay the graphic designers enough😂

I wouldn't worry about the head light too much. I've yet to see a headlight on an e-bike that wasn't shit. I never use the headlight. I have a Yosky 2000 lumen commuter headlight that has both a high and a low beam and both together is about what one decent car headlight will put out. Now that's "CHINESE" lumens so it's probably around the 1500 lumen range with all 4 lights on, the 2 low and 2 high together and it lasts a good 2 and a half hours on full bright and doesn't take any energy from the bike. Even with just the low beams which last a good 4 hours or more still blows away the shit stock headlight. If you carried a small battery bank you could recharge it no problem.
