Hey Sage. I'm a keen runner and have been watching quite a bit of your videos now. Everything is going well, although in these last two weeks my times seem to be going down and everything feels harder than before, and I'm not sure the cause of it. Sage youre very right about avoiding the water in the creek. My daughter took a sip many years ago and turned into jim walmsley. Now she lives her life as Jim and travels the world setting course records with her clif bar sponsorship. So unless you want that, Id STEER CLEAR.
