I can’t do gels during long runs due to my nausea when I do take them. So I take a half a bagel in a small baggy and that works so much better than gels at the end of the run. Just an idea.

It's really common for under fueling to cause stomach issues! Maybe you're not getting enough quantity or variety? Hope your pain resolves soon!

Great video, Molly! My body once could handle gels, but during my last training block it decided to completely reject gels. Yuck. I eventually found that more whole foods like products from skratch worked better with my stomach. I hope you figure out what works for you so you can get through those long runs!
