Thank you Karla! I was having skipped stitches and lowered my foot and turn my needle ever so slightly and it seams to be working now. I had gone thru a lot of the steps but got to a point of frustration and then watched the videos! So far its doing good, was so glad I didn't have to set the timing!!! Thank you for putting these videos online for us, they are a big help!

Thank you so much Carla! This was my issue exactly! I went around to the back of the machine and the encoder had come unplugged! This will be the first thing I try next time!

My top thread tension seems very tight, but I’m still getting good stitch formation on top and bottom. When I try to pull some thread behind the needle before I start, it’s feels almost tight enough to break the thread on my 15R Pro. I’m not sure if this is normal. That’s for the video!

How thick is the foot guage? I’ve never heard, or seen one? Measurement is greatly appreciated ❤

Will this happen also if the encoders are dirty?

Does anyone from Grace respond to the questions posted in a few comments below? Or is it done privately? I am having issues the same issues too. I am not using batting but a used sheet in between the layers. Can that be a cause for skipped and/or missed stitches?
