From seed to cigar, every Plasencia cigar takes up to fifteen years to create and goes through a 537 step process - all of which is done 100% by hand.
The Hands of Plasencia is an intimate look into the people behind the brand and their process of creating an ultra premium cigar. Dave Hill of Hug Club Cigars visits the farm and factory to see how it’s all done. From organic composting, harvesting, aging, sorting, fermenting, rolling, and packaging, this a comprehensive behind-the-scenes look into how cigars are made.

the first date is the harvest date, the 2nd date that you're asking about is the date that the tobacco was baled. after the harvest it is deveined, cured and fermented in those pilons. then it is baled to age further. variedad organico is just the variety. this is likely the tobacco they are producing with their compost fertilizer from earlier in the video (organic)
