Hey, I wanted to thank you for your recent video about putting your leash UNDER the leg of your fullsuit. When I first saw the video I thought "well, this is dumb" but then I tried it and it totally worked! My right leg no longer fills up with water and the leash hardly moves even after being pulled through surf that's several feet overhead. I've been actively surfing for 51 years and I'm kind of embarrassed to say that I never thought to do that!

Hey guys. I wonder if you could suggest where to install Gopro Surfboard Mount on a SUP longboard since we are walking on the board. Thanks.
@SUPboardermag2 жыл бұрын
Hi and thanks for the question. You could mount a go pro at the nose, but just off centre from where you walk the board. Generally, we will just mount the go pro in the middle at the nose and be very conscious about when we nose ride, aka not actually hanging five or ten, but stepping close to the camera. You could also consider a chest mount or helmet mount too. Hope this helps. Beau

@@SUPboardermag Thanks for your advice! I better get my new board in the water first, then decide where to install Gopro later! 🤙

No RRD this time? That wood board looks super cool! But I think the hottest board company right now are Infinity, each board is a master piece, I wish they would sell in my country... Sick wave ridding! Keep up the good work

What country are you in?

@@DiscosVideos I am guessing Israel. All it takes is a container and you're an importer buddy...

the first brand that believed and developed the potential of the longboard sup is Gong, Patrice Guenole still from the beginning has always had in its line t4/5 longboards both single fin and performer highly characterized noserider for fast or slow waves and prog allround or for cast and hollow waves. 🤙

Gong have some really good looking boards but unfortunately they didn't want to send us any boards for test... So I really cant comment. But hopefully next time they will get involved. Thanks for your comment and feedback. Reuben

HI Ruben, Do you ever do reviews of Gong sup boards? Just bought the GONG SUP ZERO PRO on 50% off but just had to take the plunge because no one reviews them. :)

No After asking gong several times we still got no interest from them. What are your thoughts? Reuben

Strange, I used to watch every video supboarder made, but now they are doing this pro bit, I don’t watch anything they do, maybe it’s because I have my 3 board quiver sorted, but maybe it’s because I feel excluded, yes that’s maybe my choice as I won’t pay to watch content, but in a world of KZbin channels, I won’t, only clicked on this to to make a comment.

Hey Robbie, You are one of our longest youtube commenters. So I'm sorry to hear that. I understand there is loads out there to watch. But we are still the same and will be posting away on youtube with the free stuff as always. We have being doing SUPboarder pro for 2 years now and we only just put the Pro test trailers on youtube. Just to show people that they exist. And there's twice the amount of videos on pro compared to YT. You should give it a go for a month 😂! Thanks for the comment as always all comments welcome. And I hope to see you on youtube again soon. All the best and happy paddling Reuben
