I disagree. Out of curiosity I purchased a pump, and not wanting to advertise the brand I won’t disclose what I’ve purchased. My goal wasn’t a bigger penis but to increase the blood flow. I've had success with a water-based pump. Used a traction device for about 2.5-3 months then stopped having time to dedicate to it. Here are some observations from that experience. Found it pointless at first because at that time I did not realize that average was so incredibly small, so if you already have more than about 5-5.5 inches, you'll need to buy two identical sets to get enough extension rods to work. I can only speak about vacuum pump usage. It works. But it is only temporary unless used daily for months. As you age your tissues stop stretching as much. So the older you are, the more months to make a change is required. I started on this journey to increase girth, not length as I was already 7" but not much bigger around than a broom handle. After a year of daily use I now have 7 1/2" and 5 7/8" in girth. 20 minutes before bedtime each day. It takes dedication. Never injure yourself. Use comfortable amount of vacuum. Get one with a gauge so you know the pressure. Release the vacuum every 5 minutes and get fresh blood into your penis. I now use the pump a couple times a month to maintain my gains, and it feels good. Start with a tube that you can fill width wise when pumped and increase tube diameter as you do. If you use a tube that is too large all ya get is a ugly lumpy dick. There are also manual exorcises that force blood from the base to the tip.
