I picked up your SEAL fitness book in my early forties and now, at 67, I have your tactical fitness book. My biggest lessons learned are to do something physical every day, as much for brain health as overall health, focusing on asset preservation(continue paying into the mobility, bone density and muscle bank-not dead yet, can’t quit) and along the same path, listening to your body and making appropriate adjustments in exercises, volume, intensity and rest.
