Burano had an issue with the “magic” colors. The first time i saw them, they were switched; the orange was in the purple and the purple was in the orange. I never saw them be totally wrong like the one you have. That’s weird

It moves and sets up like a builder gel more than a polygel. Like its missing a molecule that would make it a solid polygel. I would use it for teaching hard gels so as not to waste the good stuff (IBD, Light Elegance, Synergy)

@@davidag9128 a polygel should feel like acrylic and gel had a baby. It should not be super hard nor should it be super soft. Gelish was the first on the scene with polygels and everyone followed suit. They are the creme de la creme. Beginner friendly polygels for you would be Makartt, Modelones, and Gershion. Beginner friendly acrylic CND, Hand & Nail Harmony, ASP, and OPI Absolute. There's no beginner friendly hard gels, you just jump in and start working with them.

It’s not polygel, it’s more of a builder gel. Actually, it’s called “nail extension gel”. Geshion also has a similar kit label the same as this. It doesn’t even say “polygel” on the tube. That’s why it keeps leveling out, I saw someone else use this kit and I bought one

K M yes it is, it called nail extension gel. I have this kit and used it plenty of times. The kit doesn’t even say polygel on it. You being a nail tech doesn’t add to the convo, nail techs can still be wrong 🤷🏽‍♀️it’s way thinner than polygel, Genshion has a similar kit that’s also nail extension gel and you float the product on just like you would do a builder gel. The kit itself says comes with 7 builder gels and it most definitely says builder gels on the tubes. This product is no where near the texture of polygel
