These longhorn participated in a small town western day parade and were temporarily penned over night to get adequate rest.

Life as a longhorn is one of constantly saying (mooing) "excuse me" and "so sorry."

Depends who's breeding (there's always that guy breeding for 'feisty' cattle), but for the most part they're incredibly docile. They're calm enough to make pretty great pet cows, and can be trained almost like dogs.

are longhorn cattle prone to being aggressive ???? I'am so glad brahmans angus heriford ect here in Australia don't got horns like that looks so dangerous
@kroakie46 жыл бұрын
rebeks ando, no. They’re usually pretty docile. So much so that you can train them to be ridden, with a saddle on their back.

Why not cut the horns off? They going to be killed any way?

+szaki Looks like show steers to me. Not for beef.
@SunshineStrickland8 жыл бұрын
the only thing steers are good for is beef.... heifers/cow and bulls are usually bought for breeding.... that's why there more expensive than steers.... it would be foolish to buy a bull or heifer/cow for beef
