Do note, all these values are misleading and not necessary true. Why?, Because no one can categorically say its derived from dried, frozen, fresh green, immediately after harvest or tested months after harvest. These variables make huge difference what these values would be. Do you have specifics to these variables? Please share such source. Thanks.

Usually soy has anti nutrients which cause the problem but edamame does not. It can be consumed. To be on a safer side keep a gap of 3 hours between thyroid medicines and edamame beans consumption

I had breast cancer 10 years ago . My doctor in USA advised me not to consume too much Soya protein. I still follow my doctors advice after so many years.
