Longplay of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island

Welcome to Yoshi's Island. the home of some colorful dinos with a eating disorder. While the game is called Super Mario World 2 it is more like a first title for a new franchise. The name is just a help to get it started, just like the first Wario Land was also called Mario Land 3. Every stage has its own style and every boss fight is unique. You never have the feeling that you have seen something before. Finding all red coins however can be a pain in the buttocks. Unfortunatly you have to get 100% on every stage to unlock all stages.

You can never get tired of Mario & Yoshi. I've played almost every Yoshi & Mario game. I'm still deciding which one will be my most favorite between Super Mario Party Super Mario 64 or Super Mario Sunshine

That's why the Yoshis island credits/staff role music is very emotional which makes The dramatic Heartfelt cut scene more powerful

Same, grew up with this game on GBA and Story on N64. Yoshi is just that cute character that gives you happy times when you're young.

Did you remember the time that you completed ocarina of time whenever you hear the staff roll music play that feeling of satisfaction in at the same time sadness well and Yoshis island whenever you see the staff roll credits go in and the music played you get the same feeling here just doubled in intensity… Especially when you spent most of the time singing hours into the game if it grips you

Retro stuff usually through emulators and PSX/N64 onwards is 99% real hardware with either an Elgato Capture Card or AverMedia

@@cesarinfashion1 almost all retro consoles run in 60fps (NTSC) and 50fps (PAL). And many use this frequency to make a sprite blink on and off rapidly. That's why we record them in 60fps too. Otherwise you could end up with disappearing sprites.
