these girls root for each other hard & they are each other's biggest cheerleaders. you can tell by the way they share their personal news on the real & how genuine they are in their reactions. i.e. when tamera shared her second pregnancy, when Adrienne shared her engagement to Lenny, when loni shared her story about her ex & miscarriage, when jeannie shared her side of the divorce. the show is called the real because these are real ladies. i knew from the start that loni, jeannie, tamera & adrienne had nothing to do with Tamar's firing. however, it has been the best for both parties. The real got recognition, NAACP & Emmys & Tamar's career has soared (music + broadway). There is always a silver lining

That's why Tamar's career and reputation is in the toilette and no one's eager to work with her. She's very reactionary and accusatory and rarely does she own up to or see how she contributes to any messy situation she finders herself in. Its about time Loni told the truth publicly. I knew this a long time ago, when the episode was first being filmed and footage had leaked. It's been since removed, (guessing that threat Loni gave had something today with it) sources at fox been exposed that she was fired because of Vince.
