What if i use an AiPerception component using Sight instead of the two custom events? Should be more clean eventually.

I'm trying to rotate the turret of an enemy tank to my tank whatever the distance in between is. I'M getting 'BP Tank' does not inherit from 'Character' ( Cast To BP_Tank would always fail). and cast to character block at 1:15 always fails for me. I need a valid angle to rotate the enemy tank's turret to. Any help?
