Now I just read the description (thanks for mentioning it) and I couldn't agree more with what Porter says about creativity. About the LATS music video, that white ghost-like things remind me of Kaonashi from Spirited Away. Back to your cover, I really want to nail down Shelter and Get Your Wish in the short section but it's so subtle! I got Sad Machine there but the other two are hard to catch.

@@yoshino7993 For sure, plus he always has a way of wording things so poetically! And they reminded me of Kaonashi as well, I wonder if Porter took some inspiration from that, haha. Also, if it helps any, the Shelter melody is played on the harp sound near the beginning of that section, and Get Your Wish is played on a combination of the harp and vocal synth lead (to the melody of the part "so tell me how it felt when you walked on water") near the end of the section. Okay good solid cover, but did you pull that acoustic guitar out of your backyard shed that hasn't seen light of day in 10 years ? Those strings sound terrible, might as have re-strung it with rusty chicken wire. Next time I would get new strings, string cleaning wipes or the best option, string lube. That screchy guitar noise could have been prevented or just lessened... besides that it was great 😂
