I've been in this home, 4 times. I think this is the home we're choosing. The home we saw. The "laundry room" off of the bonus room is an office space. Mini library no closet.

Not saying you are but a lot of people look down on Modular’s but the truth is they are built just as good as a stick site built home. They are built with the same material and same method and follows the same coed as a site built home too. The foundation and basement are on site first and they build the house like a stick built house but just in sections then taken out to the site to place t on the foundation/ basement. Some say Modular’s are built better because the wood/material are in a weather controlled environment and not out in all kinds of weather element…

Exterior is nice. Don’t like the barn doors at all. Nice kitchen, except for the sink. I would want a smaller sink. Love the den. I would definitely want a fireplace. Laundry room is just right. The only difference is that one is built indoors, not subject to weather, and one is built outdoors. Both are essential stick built. And more often than not the modular has to be stronger construction because you have to move it be truck.

There is no point to watch this if you don't talk about pricing in the end. You said it's in the description, there are no price in there either. I understand prices can be vary depends on the location and other factors but you gotta tell a rough price like Chance does in all his mobile home tours.. Also need to know the name of this home so I can Google it, square footage, floor plan.. This was a waste of time with no useful information.. 😒
