Thank you so much for the mention Mina! I love how you really understand the concepts that I teach, and also add to them. I completely agree that colors that look good together are that way because it's what we've learned from nature. I often see that in a sunset, there will be a warm blue and a peach, for example, which look lovely together and I can't help but think of color analysis. Or an overcast winter day with all the muted colors. It's so valuable that you also mention the physique being different for different types, and that some types will not look athletic at the same fitness level while others will. The template thing is such a great and practical tip also. You look glowing and beautiful as always!!

Love this. I trained as a color consultant and dressing for your body type over 10 years ago. It is totally life changing! I’ve always been fascinated by colors and how they make you look and feel. The right colors make you look healthy, radiant, sophisticated and elegant. Colors can change especially as we age or go grey. It’s second nature for me, I often look and some people and see how they would benefit wearing the right colors! ❤🧡💛💚💙 And yes that cool red looks great on you! I even take a step further and accessorize in my colors i.e pens, coffee cups, headphones, travel blankets, luggage. 🤩

Mina we are on the same wavelength. 24 hours ago I was thinking about messaging you to say how much you’ve helped me with finding my style! We have the same body shape. Narrow waist and rounded hips/bum. I was dressing all wrong! Since following you 3 months ago I’ve mimicked some of your style choices and let me tell you… people chase me down on the street and men can’t stop staring at me when I wear the long shein skirt. From there, I was able to branch out and find other templates that were more me. I hope you don’t mind I got some of the same pieces as you… they just look so damn good on us! ❤

I have been looking for a colorist; thank you for sharing! Totally agree with you. As I've gotten older, I noticed what looks good on me for my shape. I'm muscular. When I started working out, I told the trainer that I did not want to lift weights because I'm naturally muscular, and I don't want to look like a Dude. As much as I like Serena Williams, I don't want to be that muscular. I like looking feminine and toned. Thank you for your work. I'm a subscriber and love the work that you put out. When u cant see ur muscles its simply body fat percentage. If your bf% is low enough, 20% and below and enough lean mass, the ull look ”toned” (lean + muscular = hard look vs soft look)

Thank you for this video Mina, I’m on the verge of changing my whole wardrobe and this is giving me the little kick I needed to get started 🙏🏼 Got my colors done when I was a teenagers, did my Kibbe 2 months ago, and also found out my Essences (this video by Gabrielle Arruda is a good one to learn more about it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eai3k2tna6dkbsU). Now I want to get rid of pretty much all of my clothes 😅 haha I’m glad I studied fashion design in college (I know, I know, it was a hobby… I wish I knew you at the time Mina!) so I can do a lot myself. Finding your style matters so much, especially when expanding and shifting your identity, it doesn’t make any sense to keep wearing the same old ill-fitted clothes when you’re stepping into the highest version of yourself 🤗✨ Anyway, this got me excited...
