@@jannatshahkhanestrodiol is estrogen. There are three types of estrogen made by the body, estrone(E1), estradiol (E2) and estriol (E3). Estradiol (E2) is the most potent form of estrogen and is what you see in our bodies before going into menopause when of course estrogen drops to pretty much zero. It’s in some birth control pills and in HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy). You can watch videos from Menopause Barbie to get more info. She’s got an extensive series that gives great info on menopause which is really when women start to see the effects of menopause on their aging faces and bodies.

I’ve been on plant based BioIdenticals since I was 36 yrs old and now approaching my 61st birthday. I’ve never felt better in my life. I started on natural creams, when creams were less effective went to troques and then eventually to BioIdentical pellets 13 years ago and still have compliments on how young I look and that I could be a sister to my adult daughters both in their 30’s. Big Thanks to Suzanne Summers letting women know there is a healthier alternative to menopause symptoms without taking synthetic HRT back in the 90’s. Opposing views from many MD’s who repeat what they are told from those who can’t profit from something natural. The pharma companies don’t like it because they can’t patent anything natural. Thus, very little research done because the lack of financial profit. I recommend everyone doing their due diligence, to do their own research and not listen solely to those that do not have an open mind on this subject and have not fully researched the benefits of BioIdenticals. Your body will forever thank you!

I have the line on each side, not really a fold, apparently the line is harder to do something about. When I was in Europe lately I had some rounds of Nucleofill. Did not even get it for the nasolabial folds just wanted to give it a try for overall rejuvenation. Low and behold.. the lines improved so so much. They are super faint now I am so so happy! Where I live unfortunately we don´t have Nucleofill so once the effect goes away (not sure how long it can last) will have to either try a different biostimulator or get it again when abroad.

Mine get worse if I go low carb. Unfortunately I need some carbs in my 40's if I want to look decent
@Ka3BurtonАй бұрын
Try cutting out all grains, eat mostly raw foods that are carbs and replace carbs with more good fat and protein. The fat will fill your face and the animal protein will firm your skin. Eat Mediterranean salads and grass fed meat, fats ,eggs and fish. High dose omega 3 fish oils. If you exercise a lot, try eating a small portion of dried mango or a sweet potato soup or sweetcorn soup with eggs. The grains are very inflammatory and addictive, so don't eat them.

Doc what do you think of bovine colostrum ? I have some autoimmune issues so i started taking and A lot of people say it helps with aging and skin. Sorry this isn't related to the current video topic. I ALMOST did my folds with filler super happy I did not. I hate them though.

Loved the show. However although I try to do everything that David Sinclair suggests in "Lifespan" from now living without alcohol and on an OMAD diet with weightlifting three times a week but while I am now seventy five and about to turn 76 I have tried as much as possible to stay out of the sun which is difficult when one lives in Florida. I take alot of supplements and collagen so that is not a problem. But what can I do to and for myself? I am seventy five inches tall and weigh 190 pounds with nearly a six pack waistline so I am by no means fat. As far as the guests go I'm for it bring them all on which shows to one and all as to just how confident you are. Thanks again!

I’m 56 and not interested in a face lift, I have had great skin and never had anything done to my face, I now have loose skin on my neck and getting dark sunken under eye next to my nose, what is the best thing for these two problems.

Imagine this scenario: A KZbinr halts their injection procedure, swiftly snatches their purse, and departs, their Chanel heels rhythmically resonating on the gleaming marble floor. Why? Because they recognized that their injector was about to overlook essential insights that Rajani had conveyed in this enlightening video, saving their potentially botched experience. ❤

Dr. R, can you take two days per month and schedule out-of-towners for your practice? I've been watching your videos for a couple of years and trust your expertise.

So I should probably consider profound radio frequency and some bio stimulators on these nasolabial folds? I really don't want a face lift!

You are right every time!last year I did put just 1 vial of hyaluronic acid distributed on my nasolabial lines upper lip and under my eye… and it now looks sagging around my mouth. I also got sculptra on my neck 5 months ago which did pretty much nothing but I like the idea of supporting to build collagen. My question is, if I want to dissolve it around my mouth, will it dissolve the sculptra on my neck?
@rajanimdskincare Жыл бұрын
I would say.....never....ever put sculptra in the neck so my conversation starts there

Be very careful, even with bioidenticals. I had high estrogen in menopause resulting in migraine headaches and took compounded progesterone to even it out. Migraines disappeared but it fed mutated cells that were estrogen and progesterone receptor positive. I was fortunate the cancer was slow growing so am still here 17 years later. BTW it did not show up in mammograms. If I had been able to reduce the estrogen instead of increasing the progesterone, the whole ordeal might have been avoided. This alternative was not an option back then, it may be now.

Did I hear you correctly at the end of your presentation , Doctor, that fillers last 10/15 years for the labial folds? All in the same breath with Radiesse? Also, when you triple hyper dilute the Radiesse for a more natural lift and injection, do you still use the whole vial, or how does this work? And then you recommend going back for a second treatment?

Can anyone recommend a good Sculptra injector in NY? I’m 28f, had 1 session over a year ago with no noticeable change. I would like to try 1-2 more sessions but want to make sure I’m going to an experienced provider. Thanks in advance!

Dr, if fillers stays for alot of years, and most importantly it migrates, so how can we get rid of it? I will try radiofrequency devices like Exilis
@nadcha8885 Жыл бұрын
What about the Novuma which is supposed to remplace the Radiesses with more calcium ? is is possible to dilute it the same than the radiesse, just to spread it to increase the collagen production ??? Tks for your comments

Great info doc. I dont really have pronounced nasolabial folds, but i do have, mostly on right side that line that goes from the lips down 😂 it does bother me. I started your skincare formula. I had your HA and moisture cream for awhile now, but added your AHA cream, to my retina regime. Every second day, now for two weeks, and my skin loves it. And your SPF cream is amazing as well. and lip enhancer is out of this world. It plumps, but also makes lips so nourished 🙏 Have a blessed day🙏❤️
