This one I would eliminate the upstairs and that space under the stairs I would turn into stairs going to the basement. The wall in the dining since I took out the stairs I would add a pantry or more cabinets and counter. Pretty nice home, that shower is crazy!

My perfect kitchen. Colors and all. Love the open floor plan. Only thing I would change is adding crown molding and wood shelves in closets. Upstairs I can invision a theater room/ game room with pool table. Maybe even a bar. Its just beautiful. Thanks Chance.

This is beautiful. I would definitely live in this home. One thing that disappoints about modular homes are the entryway. I don’t like not having a transition between my entry and my living space. Looking into retirement, however- I think I could deal with it. Ready to leave the traditional stick built and consider something more affordable when living on a fixed income.

Love that shower! No glass doors to clean. Big whoop. I would relocate the microwave - I'm short with poor eyesight so that won't work for me. The utility room is a strange setup but I'm sure you can reconfigure some things. Thanks for the tour!

Floorplan at 2:45 Love that exterior! Very clean looking, handsome. Put a little basement in As a cellar/pantry and put heater/AC and WH downstairs and you've added a lot of function where you need it.. Not a fan of vinyl, hate the way it burns. Hardiboard siding really kills sound. I'd make a bump out within the shower to add a tub! Kitchen is too small and lacks a pantry, but it looks nice too. At 4:05 I call that a hard-to-reach headache, lol... Thank you for the higher quality recording. Was able to adjust it so I could see the floorplan details.

I hope I misunderstood, but you hate the way vinyl burns? Do you mean literally burn, or does the vinyl itself have an issue with sunlight?

@@chrismorgan9153 It off-gases as it burns making a toxic cloud that is dangerous for occupants it melts so people can have hot, melting plastic fall on them as they escape. In areas of intense sunlight it degrades quicker, as well as allowing heat to build up quicker in a house. It's an inferior product. Hardiboard resists burning much better, has sound-deadening qualities, has a little more mass for temperature moderation.
