There is already an interview with the devs of the anticheat in which the question of false positives is asked. They claimed that the AI analysis is done at the pixel level, and that at that level the difference between normal human behavior and even just a slight aim assist cheat is night and day. I'm really looking forward to seeing this anticheat in action.

I salute you sir for getting on and playing at 80. Yes reaction time is slower but if you’re enjoying it, go for it. I myself just turned 67 and I can still keep up with my son’s. Plan on playing as long as I can. Been playing since computers first came out to public. 😊

I like the feeling of don't really know where is the other player and that there could be infinite possibilities to on how to tackle a problem, in my opinion that is the Rush that Tarkov gives, since is so unforgiving, and with GZW is kind of the same but a lot more relaxed since there are so many options to get the same things besides just leveling the traders that also happens by just playing the game casually and not as a full time job like in Tarkov lol, either way is great that there is the options for just PVE and PVPVE. The best of both worlds for so many different player styles. P.s: I do think that Tarkov is a great game, one of the best ever made even when people don't realize it. its just is.

Trying out new technologies is something that should be praised. Whoever cries about AI anticheat not being 100% flawless, that person has the intelligence of a jellyfish. Nothing is perfect, but every single obstacle to cheating is good. What else do these people want? What more could developers do than having a solid secure codebase, a standard anti-cheat (EAC, BattlEye, etc ) and then machine-learning/AI anticheat on top? This is as good as it gets, and as far as I'm aware GZW is the only game that is trying to implement all 3 solutions.

They're using new technology, but rather than only relying on that they're also combining it with more proven methods [yea i called easy anti-cheat proven, i feel like there's a lot less cheaters in the games i play using easy anti-cheat than whatever Tarkov is using for example]. I completely agree though, devs should be praised for embracing new tech.

Everyone that got killed, got the same Image showing the bullet hitting perfectly centered), so either aimbot or some Kind of silent aim/magnetic bullets. The whole basecamp was raging and friends from other factions on the same server also reported that half their faction left the game because the cheater teleported from Player to Player one tapping them

Cheating, cheaters... it's never a surprise to encounter them. The only kind of cheaters who I can respect are the kind that use cheats solely to fight off or even remove the cheaters that have malicious intent. Such as some I've seen in GTA V

I've lost hope that any online/multiplayer game will successfully bring cheating and griefing to an acceptable level. I think that there will be a better return-on-investment if you train the AI instead to play the game, then implement that AI as computer controlled opponent(s) in a PVE/Single-player style. Full disclosure here: I'm a bit of a misanthrope, just too old to put up with all the online crap. All that said, would love to be proven wrong!

I like the idea of a fingerprint to check if your playing the same but idk how it’ll handle accidents or sudden skill improvements. You might be bad one day and good the next. I’m sure it’s a gradual process though so I’m not 100% concerned about that

Anyways... as a IT derictor... . FOR THAT FPS GAMING... . I preferring to recommend all fps gaming into a apk... as a controller... hmmm like registered programs which mean the apk system is 100% genuine and theres no extra formats ect... . Just like cue of players, the que of granade, the cue of ai bot from server transmitting process.. . Your mobility and your aim apk is not unified but separated... . So the physics of firings will be stick naturally or realistics... followed aftermath before sending the formaat to server and spread into animated field or servers room battlefield of grouped players... .

I got DCd twice in 6 minutes today, lost all my gear both times. I figured it was time to step away until this game is fixed up. So I decided to give EFT a go again, and wow. The amount of OBVIOUS cheaters is insane. Gray zone is the only EFT-like that I will invest time in, but it has to run just decently.

Also on the PvE side you have players blocking doors so others can't leave the room and there's no way of removing them ran into this issue twice now and they need to implement a way to report toxic players

I find a slight problem with it. for instance I'm not a regular gamer since my life is quite busy, but I do take a month off where I will game for that month as much as possible. before I game though I will use these aim training, but when I am casually gaming through the year, I won't. so this makes me a little better when I am gaming for that month, than the rest of the year. I am wanting to game more, but its a choice between real life vs gaming.

I don't think there will be too much cheaters in this game, the main thing is that you can get your equipment just by leveling the traders and if you play you will get the money to purchase the equipment back if you lose it. Is not much of a things since there is no market like in Tarkov. Equipment in EFT can go up and down in price and really hard to get if you a a legitimate player, you have to really play a lot of hours and grind your character for the top tier loot, that gives the cheaters a reason to use cheats to get top tier equipment fast. This game is not about the loot I think is about the experience as a PMC and experiencing the world. I hope also that there will be more maps Biomes that would be great, dessert, snow, etc. after finish the main game of course. Me and my brother are having a blast is super fun.

lol all ready cheaters. I was on us east a guy was invisible at the base stabbing everyone and ai on the walls. Soon as he killed someone all their stuff was stripped off instantly probably going to his inventory and the mortars going off not doing anything.

It can still compare to other players if the behavior is extremely unique, and if its not get compared, you will have only a few cheaters that cannot be detected. That's still fine, because you will never get rid of every single cheater anyway.

I love the idea, there's only one thing holding it back is if you are falsely banned for cheating, trying to prove your innocence to your peers that don't know you will be quite impossible and I fear it may happen to snipers like myself pulling questionable shots, I hit a 450m head tap with a mosin on a player on the first shot, I was surprised and from the other end i would think aimbot was a factor, if the ai picked up my last second correction as aimbot and banned me that would pretty much seal my fate as a normi with no followers to go to bat for me maybe taking weeks to me unbanned. I do want them to try io utilize it, but it shouldn't be standalone, there should be a more invasive anti-cheat to go along with it and for anyone that's scared of that is cheating, has something to hide, or is apart of illegal activities. All legitimate players shouldn't have a problem with invasive anti-cheat if it betters the game.

Ohya bro streamers were repeatedly getting banned over and over short term. It has to pick it up multiple times. Then the streamer has to reach out to Grey Zone to get untimed out (which for whatever reason is what happens). I think Noice Guy (streamer) got detected 5 times in a row. Said he was going to stop playing if it didn't stop the bullshit and suddenly white listed (can't get banned by that method any more). Makes you lose all your equipment. So that shit isn't going to be in the release just FYI. Everyone micro adjusts. This would only work on Console not PC. These guy were not cracked shots either. I'm guessing the dev team are not pros or even skilled players. Irony is this would probably only affect a legit player so I'm not too sure what they are thinking if they are thinking at all and explains a few optimization issues. It won't be there on release. Cute idea though. Even if very poorly thought out.

With the nature of ML, there is bound to be a whole lot of false-positive bans. The system learns more over time, and there's always a chance a particular set of actions could be misevaluated as a cheat. Arguably that's better than a game full of cheaters left unpunished, but if someone sends a support ticket claiming they've been false-positive banned, I have no idea how they can handle that scenario and truly discover whether it's a false-positive, or a cheater making excuses.

HMMM ITS CHALLENGING ISSUES. SINCE I CONSIDERING OTHER IT'S TALENTS WHEN IT COMES ON PROGRAMMING... I GOT A FAST IDEA, AND AS OF NOW IT SEEMS I WILL WORK 8/10. The game must follow mechanics of physics.. to determine cheaters instant reactions and hit... 1ST) RECOIL PHYSICS.. hmm 12×12=144. (I guess creating a unique patterns of recoil when firing will good.) The issue is just it will make the game heavier due of tons of physics law as the primary mechanics of the game. . Back to the unique recoil patterns in real life recoils is never goes the unified patterns. It always change.. depends on movement of body.. controling left, controling rigth, upwards, down, walkin, runing jumping, crawling, proning possition.. ect. Its like controling a electric drill in real life. Due of two way gyro.. in real life the swing of aim sometimes jumpy, something smooth sometimes unpredictable. And ofcourse the widespread of shoots is depends on ammunition wattage rate, and riffle recoil stability rates. To make the recoils pattern activate or change it.. it will be shall based on the players reaction. If he wal, then his recoil will be changed into the related expected recoil movement. If he sidewalk. Then tmhis recoil will turn into its accumulated recoils patters. To see if the player really shoot the enemy into that directions blahnlahblah... . Hmmm since mouse is fast and 1k,2k,4k can render the animated field.. i think it can detects jumps of aim point and ect. Like mouse patterns, ect... 2ND) FIRE PER SECOND.. . The round per second must be realistics and not so super unrealistics.. . It must be based on real life round per second.. . So the riffle wont fire very quick to get the enemy killed before they got killed.. . It must be confirmed by the game's installed apk or other applications. 3RD) BODY MOTION PHYSICS. the character of player must be limited to the games physics an so it will not artificialy move dogde the sfireshoot just to remain alive on firefigths.. it must be confirmed also. Is the shoots recoiling realy hit that way or artificialy hit by cheating system ect... . 4TH) GAME CUE AND PLAYERS CUE CONFIRMATION . On this idea idk what is the best method.. if will it be if player reports suspicious character or it will be automatically on while playing... hmmm because for sure it will make your cpu and gpu run slower due of many tasks... .

I understand what your saying, about cheaters, but I'm not sure , we'll as of now there isn't really a purpose to cheat, ok killing team members in beginner village, to get better gear, but that only goes so far right. Like tarkov has RMT websites. People will level up accounts and then sell them, so cheater have reason to do it ,for money. As of now their isn't enough gear or loot implemented yet. I'm sure at some point there will be a problem with cheaters.

Yeah saw a video on X showing a guy looking at his character in base and you could see he had his full kit on. Next minute he gets killed by a cheater, spawns straight back in and looks down at his body and goes to loot it to pick up his gear except his gear has been taken by the cheater already. PVP is doomed.

What if you have friends beeing your eyes to give you enemy position movement live by being left-right and front of the enemy npc's. You tell them what you look at like for instance a wall with 5 trees behind it. they say one NPC is by the middle tree, so you aim at the wall where it then is. When it moved they say where they move and passing what tree. You follow it behind the wall with you sight, and when they see it coming out in you line of sight, you take your shoot.... Keep doing that many times over. Will it ban you for using wallhack then?! Or when drones are added, or just your team having one or two snipers keeping watch. Will it think your cheating when you keep knowing where the enemy always is, and target them even if you never saw them before getting into a close contact firefight and always kill them pretty fast?!
