Still love an unboxing, even if they’re sending them a bit late. I know a fair few people got theirs late this time around. I was pretty happy with this one. The moisturiser sounds interesting and I’m always happy to see something that will help my brows out 😄 Definitely looking forward to receiving my April box already. Always love a bit of Elemis. That cleanser is LUSH!

Totally gutted... LF has now increased the cost for Australian subscribers to $45 per month!! Saw it on my bank statement, so checked my account and it's now jumped up massively. :( Absolutely zero notice... They've said it's because the sub box has been removed from the AU site and it's now sent from the UK instead of being sent from Australia. It hasn't been on the Aus site for *years* and, every month, my tracking always shows it being sent from the UK. Really rubbish excuses from their CS team. I know all companies need to increase prices from time to time, but that's an increase of more than double the cost with no communication at all. I had been on a rolling 12 month renewal with them for a few years too. The boxes lately have been fab too, but I just can't justify the cost. 😞

Yes they always seemed to be shipped from UK as far as I remember. They have obviously tacked on the full shipping cost now. The same with the beauty egg - the exchange rate was $115 but they whacked on a whopping $35 postage. That’s why I didn’t go for it.

@@annefedoson4859 I kept checking the UK site and after a while, the egg became available to ship to Aus from the UK site, so I snapped it up. The price diff was huge for the Aus one. Totally understand how expensive it is to ship here, but The Hut Group is a HUGE global company. It was the absence of communication about the price increase that really got me though. I charge fees for services and products in my job. If we didn’t tell customers, we’d never hear the end of it (also, in Aus anyways, it’s illegal). They’re refunding me the difference and I’ve now cancelled my sub box 😔
