I really love how you have built your dwarf army. I had to take a very long leave from gameing do to a family emergency. I personally think the dwarfs look fine mixed because as with people we all come in different shapes and sizes. Also leaders are supposed to look tougher due to the experience they have.

Thanks for the thoughtful look into these guys. I'm on the fence about Oathmark, but I'm liking the idea of a mixed force of Oathmark Humans and Dwarves, and Wargames Atlantic halflings. I don't have anything just yet, so I don't have any scaling worries, myself. Lovely painted figures, though, regardless of not wanting them :)

Whats keeping you on the fence? i'll be honest im really desperate to get a game now i've put all this work in, I hope its good. you could always build a samll force that will double as a Warlords of Erewhon force (A game I can definitl vouch for).

Tried those heads on the E3 bodies, snipping off the original head? I think it MIGH work, unless it comes out too comical.

I think they look good. I'm trying to stick with metal for my Dwarves, mostly Conqueror, Oathmark metals & Vendel (from Thistle & Rose Miniatures in the US).

I'd not heard of T&R/Vendel, they need a website or at least an ebay shop, I cant even see what dwarves they have for sale.

No trick, just plenty of plastic glue so you have time to work and finesse them into the right position.
