I do believe a certain degree of innate talent helps, a predisposition for the 3D i guess, i say this cuz i've been drawing since i was 5 and i developed my art quite well, but i never believed i had a talent there, just hard work and studying a lot, one day i decided to try sculpting with monster clay after i noticed i had an eye for it in Zbrush (digital program for sculpting), immediately i noticed it was kind of easy for me, easier than drawing, if i where to draw a face i liked i had it harder than sculpting it, got another friend of mine that also draws really well to try (he, i believed has talent for drawing and painting) and he could not for the love of god sculpt as easy, as we were talking and having fun with the clay we concluded that i had an eye for 3D and he was better at 2D, it was really interesting, cuz i can picture in my head 3D forms and shapes but it isn't so easy for me to put it in paper as it is in clay or digital sculpting.

The model position/compositon really showcases how keen your sculptor's eye is. Keeping the eagle at an angle frames the models face from the front, ties together the lines from the other perspectives in a fluid way, and above all heightens a sense of movement: the model strides forward launching the eagle while extending the other arm+hammer behind it. The model is truly dynamic (not off-balance). Bravo!
