Does the "OVERIDE PUSH" move the Lift into INSPECTION SAFETY BYPASS MODE?

I pressed it and the inspection buttons at the same time and pressed it on its own it dint seem to do A lot I guess somthing for Beno to cover a topic on I'm not to Shure what it's purpose is as the lift has manual free fall brake realise
