Appreciate you talking about motivation and discipline. I must remind myself motivation isn’t necessary to do the thing, I just need to start and motivation will follow. Also as a parent of two I constantly look back at old videos and pictures. I know I won’t be having any more and my youngest is now 5 years old! I miss my scrunchy wrinkly babies, but I’m so excited for the years to come and to see who my children grow up to be.

You will never stop looking back at those little moments of your children. Mine are 13 and 9 now and I still fall down that rabbit hole and look back at those little videos of when they were so young and precious. So thankful to have all of them at my fingertips on my phone. ❤

Thank you so much for talking about motivation and discipline, it helped me so much. I decided to change my career path and signed up for a diploma while working full-time. I feel really motivated and excited about the future, but I've been struggling to stay motivated all the time. Aww def make the most of every moment with your girls. My boys are in their 20’s now and I would give anything to go back even for a day to them being tiny again, but I would need to go back for a few days as I would want a day of them as babies, then toddlers, then a bit older etc. it sounds dramatic but I feel I grieve for my babies but they are actually fit and healthy amazing young men now that I am exceptionally proud of ❤❤ xx
