Looking back on 2023 Mongol Naadams - ft. Lavell Marshall

As I prepare to train in Inner Mongolia this winter with a Mongolian wrestling group, I look back on this summer's excursion into Mongolian wrestling competitions. It was awesome, difficult, inspirational, and addicting. Lavell and I discussed some of my experiences before I left for the Philippines.
