This is a perfect video explaining how phenomenal this game is. I was introduced to the souls series with this game and thought it was just a normal single player game. It's officially my favorite video game of all time.

Love the video, I've been hesitant to play Elden Ring because I'm not super into souls games but this video might have convinced me to finally buy it!

ay thank you!! it is def a banger game and very forgiving in a lot of ways for new players lol, very Breath of the Wild open-world feel

I just finished a full NG run again, and I still think it's the best Souls game. I think Bloodborne has the best story, and Sekiro has the best combat, but Elden Ring brings everything together better than any of the previous games.

Gameplay-wise, for sure. Option-wise, for sure. In overall, I can't say. My favorite From game is DS1 followed by ER and BΒ, Sekiro and DS3 are also fucking awesome.

I was thinking like you, would've never touched a souls game because they'rejust too hard. tbf I didnt even knew elden ring was a soulsmgame and just bought it. Got totally hooked, was playing until I had all achievements and cam't wait for the DLC. I also started playing Dark Souls remastered and already played two times trough. Will soon start Dark Souls 2 and then 3 :)

People who can laugh at dying after fighting a boss for 20 mins and then getting one shot shouldn't be told they are playing the game wrong because they are enjoying it. U play a game how u will enjoy it the most like i went back to the tree dude after a couple hours and really enjoyed beating him but i bet someone who walked out the door and died 40 times then beat him had much more joy from that boss than i did so how can i say they should have gone to farm before fighting him ?

Undoubtedly yes though dark souls 3 had better design elden ring has better lore more weapons a better mechanic far as gameplay for example you can jump and have a horse it's an open world 165 bosses 6 different endings has a good amount of side quests and most importantly it's a very large game ATP dlc is demanded so much that I check everyday to see if some news is out about it because the lore is great and the strategically made it so you have to have more to fully understand

Still haven’t put it down, masterpiece 400 hours, 6 playthroughs, 2 100% runs, I love this game. Not a lot of secrets to uncover, but all the fights and exploration is very rewarding, lot of flaws, but every masterpiece has a few, it’s what makes the good better than the bad, this game is THE game, we’ll get one more before we die, maybe two. I long for those days
