I get being frustrated that it was an anticlimactic season, it's fair. But TV does cost money to make. Each episode costs around 20 million dollars to make and I feel like you can tell that from the events that would've occurred in an Episode 9 and 10, it might've cost even more. There aren't unlimited resources to work with here, and I prefer them taking their time instead of rushing.

GOT had dozens of interesting characters, many of whom could be your favorite. HOTD focuses on a single story and all the characters this season seemed empty, shalow, and uninteresting. Tywin's dialogues alone felt more important than any scene this season! For me that's very hard to forgive.

I really love the entire cast of the show and I don't mean to bring negativity here, but would it kill you to include 10 seconds of Ewan in this video? Aemond is supposed to be one of the main characters, and for what? First his screentime is reduced drastically to the point of it being a joke (I will not even address the character development here, it's a whole different story), and now Ewan apparently doesn't even deserve to be included in a BTS video. Such disrespect for the actor and for the character.

No matter how much the showrunners sideline Aemond, he is one of the main characters, HBO literally promoted him as such, there was a featurette about his character along with Rhaenyra, Daemon, Alicent, Aegon. Ewan was practically the face of the promo, he was everywhere. But he is suspiciously missing from bts.

I really hope they can get a new season out in less than 2 years. Early production is supposed to start in 2025 so it may take a while but lets hope not. Love this cast. The acting is what I keep coming back for because this season was basically another season of setup but it was fine with the superb performances by the cast and the work done by the crew and post production. The dragon scenes were all so good and the costumes and practical effects really shined through. All that to say I am READY for more dragons and battles. Also more Haelena. she's such an interesting character and I'd love to see how she plays a bigger role.
