Hi Shanna, The first house is cute but for 3 adults and a growing toddler you should look for something bigger with more rooms and more bathrooms. Jayce will probably need his own room as well eventually. A basement would give you guys extra living space as well!

My mom is moving in with me after she sells her house. It's the perfect arrangement, since I have no kids and I'm newly divorced and my mom has lived alone since the unfortunate passing of my stepdad. Joining resources and getting a place together is smart these days, especially since inflation and the economy is so bad. I can't wait to vote this upcoming election, and that's all I'm going to say.

❤ love the house, if God will you will get it. The house I'm in now was the only one listed,limited wording and I ask God for a place of peace if only one year, with not such great credit and only a job, raising two grandchildren and a grown son who was ill off and on, made the call at job, and just talking the real estate said they wanted me as their tenant, the plus was all new carpeting and new bathroom being installed, three bedrooms just what I needed and been here to this day. Yes God answer prayers

Don’t forget you’ll need extra room for your cats & their trees and such. You may want an extra bedroom for Jace so you can work and sleep in peace.

Absolutely!!! I am going to set up a room for him but he won’t sleep without me lol but at least he will have the choice once we move and have his own space.

Nice house! Actually, in this day and age, it's very smart and cost-effective to get a nice house with family you get along with to buy or rent together because the cost of rent is soaring from month to month. Our 2 younger sons decided to get a 2 bedroom together after both their rent rose to nearly $1000 per month on a one bedroom each so we looked and found a nicer 2 bedroom they could share for almost the same as they would've paid separately. 2 years in that company decided to do the samething. So my husband and I found a fixer-upper renovated it now they are leasing to buy it from us. So I think it's a great idea. And how awesome it would be for Jace to have a backyard to run around and play in. Then have bbqs when the Srping and Summer months come, so you don't have be cleaning your kitchen everyday after you cook and eat dinner. Blessings to yall on a new adventure of finding the house that's meant for yall❤❤❤❤

Hi Shawna✋I Rarely comment on your channel although I watch it have been watching you for a long time But I had to stop At your comment about Living arrangements. With the way things are going There are going to be a lot of multi generational living Because I feel that we are headed for a bumpy road it's hard for seniors It's hard for young people that are losing jobs they have to go back home with their parents There's nothing wrong with sharing home with your love ones if you all can get along.

Definitely reconsider moving in with your mom & brother. With little kids it can be a lot for all involved. We tried having my mom live with us and when my son was a baby it was ok but once he became 1 year old it created a lot of issues. Kids scream, run, jump, cry..just loud in general and if there’s no separation from the family members it creates drama. They’d have to be willing to accept loud chaos during the day and having to be quiet when little one is sleeping.

That is a very valid point. My mom has been living with me since he was born so she’s good with it. It has been a huge joy for her. My brother is a little nervous but we are praying to find a place that has a finished basement where he can escape and have his own large private space to escape. We are all introverts so I think it’ll work. BUT if it doesn’t then we will have to move again! Lol

That is a nice bike. Now I want to sell mine. I was about to ask on your last vlog if you still had your bike. The online programs that come with the bikes are a more than I want to pay. I did find a KZbinr who does bike workouts and live workouts on weekends. Her name is Kaliegh Cohen. Good idea on moving in with your family the way things are going in this world. It is probably the better way to go. Make sure you get space for a garden.
