I found out that a lot of diasporans are building large homes in Africa and unfortunately rental is very costly that's why they end up being vacant for years. If you're not relocating to Africa my advice is to build a smaller home which you can use when you visit and rent out as a b'n'b whilst you're away rather than leaving the property to run down and depreciate in value it's just a waste of money really.

They are not pricing for Ghanaians, their only interest is foreigners and foreign dollars. That's the black mind at work. ...and if someone points that out, it's called SELF HATE, not SELF REALIZATION. Until we see our flaws and change, we'll forever be the race that lugs behind.
@jekker10003 жыл бұрын
@@Caribbeanprincess1 yeah, I noticed that too. These houses look very familiar to houses in gated complexes in SA. Def. not for the locals and locally earned currency but some foreigner who is dumb enough to pay that amount. 1.7k a month for basically a mold palace? Man, way too much. Also the 4k for such a standard house with only little infrastructure. At this rate it is way cheaper to rent out 5 rooms in a hotel for your family. And that must be the reason all these places are vacant over long periods of time
@Miidi87873 жыл бұрын
@@Caribbeanprincess1 the reason people call it self hate is because it is. Asians come to the US and live 10+ in a small apartment together, save their money and move on to live in nice houses…but blacks come to the US and most don’t do anything to help each other. Most of these are nice properties, most still not enough light with small windows or logical flow but the buildings are solid and really nice outside environments...must be luxury top end of the property market in Ghana because they are expensive rentals

What a joke, $4000 a month! why prices of things too high in Ghana, considering is a poor country. Even south africa which is a developed country compare to all the africa countries, no land lord will ask for $4000 a month for an accommodation. Ghanains price things as if money is pick from trees. Madness.
