Mike …. Take it from an old radio salesman, your segue’s are smooth as silk. When you opened that box and I saw all those traded sets, my heart jumped a little bit. 😂 Back in 2004 I sold 110,000 cards from the junk wax era for $200…. I have no regrets. Excellent video Now get out there and shoot some threes !!

Bought a big lot yesterday and 1987 o-pee-chee had the Bonds taken out. Understand it but hate it. I thought I had bought the bonds at a show last month but I had put it back, instead buying the toysrus, fleer and donruss. I thought that was enough Bonds. Future me disagrees.

@@JunkWaxHero there was tons of opeechee, 72-88. A few binders, but only the 87 set seemed complete. It’s interesting how OPC is Topps Canadian twin but the checklist is a bit different. There was no fake McGuire rookie (was he in traded?) or bo Jackson future stars.

If you have the time in July it might be a good video on how a busy person can grind a collection so to speak. I am positive that the key to buying collections having a system for unloading $1 to $5 cards without having to spend too much time. Granted somebody like Sewall certainly has a better plan, but he's been dealing for 20 years. You're a regular guy whom is just trying to make a few bucks to supplement his collection if you can unload these dollar cards than it's something we can learn from when an 80s collection shows up on Facebook marketplace.

You know, Will Clark was one of my guys when I was a kid. And speaking of Mark Grace, I picked up a 2024 Topps Signature Series Auto /9 Mark Grace the other day. It’s actually a 1993 Topps Gold buyback that he signed and they number stamped. Anyone interested, let me know.

I have like 30 sealed sets that need cracked open. Some decent stuff not a ton of value but fun. I have the topps, Donruss, and fleer from 89 in baseball. Also in baseball I have the Piazza fleer rookie year, the no name frank Thomas set, the 89 opc hockey. Plus a ton of hockey stuff from the mid 90's.

I just went and looked. The biggest name in the field is back-ordered for 6 weeks on their website, and their comparable product on Amazon is $4.50 more per 50 than The Pennysleever.
