The first house is beautiful when you live in Merida as hot as it gets who cares about the size of the pool ,jump in the pool with a cold drink to cool off.The second place you visited with those vacant lots might turn out to be a beautiful area ,I would love just one or two roads instead of traffic coming from all directions .The apartment was nice but looks like all apts share the kitchen area for that reason this would be a no for me.The video you were showing in a 3 way dimension got me dizzy I had to fast forward.You were doing a good job not sure what happened because now you have your camera moving at 100 MPH making people dizzy.The lot next to the pool could turn out to be a very busy and noisy area in the hot months so it could be the down side of living next to the pool.

I think there are too many 0s in the prices. A 400 million peso home is SUPER expensive. Also, when you say province do you mean privada?

"Privada" homes are usually more expensive due to amenities.
