I mean he doesn’t look like he is looking for someone to harass, it just looks like he is walking around, patrolling, doing his job. But who knows, maybe there is some more information behind this video, maybe he has previously harassed people. However, from what I can tell, it seems to me like he is doing his job peacefully.

Hi :) Someone had reported to the police that a man was filming or talking pictures outside or somewhere near primark. I was stood near when the officer approached him. He was quite abrasive with the guy and moved him on. The middle aged guy shook his head and walked away. I unfortunately didn’t get my phone out until after :)

@@if3054 As you can tell by my channel I don’t normally video The Police by the time I figured out and was told what was going on the guy left So nothing convenient really
