All very well showing us how to put it together but where is the video on using it to fill a keg with c02, can't find that anywhere!

Hi, having never used a CO2 regulator or seen one being attached and used, I have a few questions. 1) You have a white plastic washer attached to the outside of the Type 30 port, is this a spare or is it required to be fitted before use? 2) The dials show turning anti-clockwise with a negative (-) sign, turning clockwise with a positive sign(+). My first thought is that (+) means to increase pressure! Before opening the CO2 supply into a connected regulator, is the regulator knob turned fully clockwise ? What position should the regulator knob be set to before opening the gas bottle? Thanks

Hi, Can you use this regulator with a pub mixed gas (nitrogen & CO2 70/30 mix) on UK bottles, It looks like you need an adapter of some sort, if so can you please advise what it is and if you need to use PTFE tape as well. I take it that the adapter screws onto the CO2 Type 30 or does it replace the Type 30 CO2 adapter.

I noticed the W21.8 version has a nylon washer, but there is no washer on the g5/8 version. For the G5/8 threading version, is there anything we should be aware of to ensure a tight seal between regulator and the CO2 tank?

With the gauges resting against the back of that gauge cage, if the tank falls over, those gauges will be damaged. You need the gauge cage that are SS and do not come in contact with the gauges. That is the only way the gauges will be protected in a tip over.

We have done the drop testing and found that the gauge guard did protect the gauges quite well. So the testing we have done show the guards work well. If you can send us your test conditions we are happy to repeat the tests again.

@@KegLand I have a couple regulators laying around here for parts and I have put those guards on and tipped them over with aluminum and steel tanks. Every one I tipped over had damaged gauges from the fall. If you are going to repeat what I did, tip over ten tanks in a continuous shot and show it on youtube.

I have a problem with mine, I can screw the handle into increase the pressure but when I wind it out the handle comes loose from the regulator.should you glue the knob in place?

When the gas is turned off on the bottle should the high pressure cage still show pressure?? After about 12 hours or so mine will drop to zero and then go back up if i turn the gas back on, is this right or does it mean i have a leak somewhere

Do you guys make any regulators that have duotight fittinga? I'd prefer not to have to use an ffl to duotight adapter as those fittings can be more prone to leaks than just straight duotight

After about 15 corny brews mine became super hard to turn. Any ideas how to fix it?

That sounds a bit like you have liquid get under the knob and cause some corrosion. I would take it apart and make sure the male and female threads on the adjustment knob are clean.

Remaining tank pressure. Vs line pressure.

Ones a high pressure gauge for the tank pressure and the other is a low pressure gauge.
