My dad found jobs multiple times after being 45-55. There is more than age to it. If you are already quite high up the career ladder, its different…. Profession and experience matter. Also, all you need to do is ADJUST the resume to show more current work and hide the youtube stuff. My resume went through quite a few "adjustments" and "revisions" over the years, which helped me get into better paying data center jobs. Now I'm a senior data center person.
