The thought about waiting as long as possible to react was demonstrated really well here. I've read and heard that this is something you should be doing from a lot of different people, but I've been having a lot of trouble internalizing what this actually means. The suggestion of just slowing down is really helpful too. It makes sense that I'm not gonna learn how to do any of this if I am not even giving myself the chance to do so.
