It was the second time I’d heard Jack’s heartbreaking story and I still got a lump in my throat listening to what they went through again! My nephew had a similarly difficult birth and needed lots of medical help too, which is why I love supporting Action Medical. It was such a great event though. Gutted I didn’t get to chat to you Katie, but glad you had a great night. 👌🏻

Here in Texas, when the temp plummets down near 10C we have to bundle up and still shiver out on the bike lol. You guys often ride in cold and wet weather and don't seemed all that bothered.

I must just say that I met Ben F at the Watford training ground years ago. He was a thoroughly decent fellow. Cannot speak highly enough of him. I was a lowly agent back then. Soon after I was thrown out by a terror called Boothroyd. Cannot say anything nice about him though. * prefer Wahoo btw. ** Jeepers, I was in that seat in Rapha last summer. Great cakes.
