I used to be just like this bro, mainly in late middle to early high (senior year now) where i was the most insecure. Although i eventually grew out of that mindset i still feel like i dont got a developed personality, even though i might. I think this is mainly due to the fact that im not 100% connected to people at school because i cant relate to them, as I'm on self improvement and away from the norm. Unsurprisingly this causes some anxiety, so everytime i talk to someone it feels like I kinda fake myself and restrict who i am just to look a certain way. For me this is one of the only long-lasting issues I've had.

I can confirm that going to the gym, eating better and drinking more water will make you look better. you don't need to do the other things like that. I used to be cubby and simply loosing a bit of weight i made myself look just a bit better. so my moral is, clean up your diet and go to the gym.

I think this is the only video I don't agree with. Appearance is clearly the most important thing, even if a person exists to "like what I am" if I'm ugly they won't even want to know and know what I'm like.
