You guys have to stop being sad at the lack of Yeojin in predebut era. The girl was FOURTEEN YEARS OLD. She was still in middle school and absolutely should not have been promoting in a subunit on music shows. I think it's very responsible of BBC to let her focus on her studies so she can finish her education. Plus, the older she gets, the more we see of her. Also keep in mind that kimlip and Yves both got two solo songs since they were the first of their subunit to debut, and that Vivi got two solo songs for lore reasons. Actually, much of Loona's predebut song/line distribution was very lore focused. Features were always strategic for music videos etc. And I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

Even tho YeoJin was in school, I feel like in the later years, we should've seen way more of her. There's another vid by K-STAT that shows all songs line distribution from Hi High to Why Not, and it also shows that YeoJin never got above 7th place in any song. She got 7th in OOPS! and Fall Again (Fall Again isn't even saying much, the distribution is absolutely awful, especially at the bottom). Even with at least a lil more lines, she probably wouldn't have passed Hyejoo, but maybe she could've reached at least 430 seconds.

unpopular opinion: i wish yeojin and gowon had more lines, but i'm glad they're not the center. They're very talented, but they're simply too young. it bothers me when groups make the youngest member the focus, particularly if that member is a minor-that member usually ends up with a lot of hate, over-sexualization, and infantilization(eg Jungkook of BTS) Ideally this shouldn't happen to any of the girls, but if it must it shouldn't go to kids still in high school. I hope bbc will use them more in the future, when they are older.

@@zcalhoun3638 OK, I’m so sorry, I looked it up and it turns out that Heejin is older than Go Won, but they are the same age it’s just Heejin is a couple months older than her and the way Koreans calculate age makes it confusing and makes them both the same age that’s why I was confused, so the order from youngest to oldest is Yeojin>Olivia>Choerry>Go Won>Hyunjin>Heejin>Chuu>Kim Lip>Haseul>Jinsoul>Yves>ViVi, I hope this helps, also sorry for the misinformation earlier.

Makes sense because Kimlip in contrast to all members have a really unique voice, it's too soulful and actually balances the vocals of all members especially in transition also because she's from a 3 membered subunit with 2 albums and 2 singles so makes sense. While Heejin might appear to have too many lines (as per seen and heard mostly), it's because she's the center ya'll also she's the first member so she had more opportunities to sing. Aside Kimlip and Heejin, Chuu actually has more lines than Jinsoul as a full group because her vocals is mostly needed to make their songs powerful (I'm not saying without Chuu their songs would be lacking but let's admit every group needs someone with Chuu's singing abilities). Just like Kimlip, Jinsoul came from a 3 membered group with 2 albums and is also in charged of the rapping featured in other solo MVs of other members (it makes sense because she's constantly traveling that she needs to be featured to give some sense to the loonaverse), also in charged of long raps as a group. Yves is in charge for deeper and sexy? vocals in contrast to other members with soft and melodic voice that's why it also makes sense and also have 2 singles and the carol 2.0. Now for those who doesnt really get much lines. Yeojin was not able to showcase more lines like the first members because she doesnt have a subunit and missed all of those time to have lines. Also as a group they ten to use Kimlip, Jinsoul, Yves, Chuu, Heejin more often. Olivia Hye's line distribution really makes sense because she's the last member with less opportunities to showcase contrasting to Heejin. And as a group, BBC tends to use Kimlip, Jinsoul, Yves, and Chuu's vocals most of the time and Heejin as the center needs to be in the center thus more lines. Same situation with Gowon although the only difference they had was she had 2 singles? I'm not so sure. Haseul in hiatus missed 2 comeback albums but she also lacks lines and I don't fucking know why. Hyunjin and Vivi were clearly mistreated ghad

This makes a lot of sense: Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry are in the smallest subunit, so it leaves room for a lot of voice time in songs. Heejin was the first member, so she got so many opportunities to be featured later. HaSeul wasn’t featured for a whole album and a half. Olivia was the last member to be introduced, so she got the fewest amount of opportunities to be featured in an album. YeoJin didn’t have a subunit. It’s very unfortunate that HyunJin, Go Won, ViVi, and YeoJin got so few lines overall. They’re so talented and deserve way better. The way that ViVi and Olivia both didn’t get a fully “solo” song is also just ):

@@lioralila Strongest dont mean "best", and why Haseul is one of the Strongest vocalist if she barely show her skills????? Classic opera training and pop singing training are two different things. She has a beaultiful voice but powerful? i have my doubts because she just not sing with powerfull vocals, now Chuu and Jinsoul, these two have strong vocals. Chuu is without a doubt the best vocalist in Loona, but my favorite voices in LOONA is Kim Lips and Choerry voices. The thing with orbits is: They think of Haseul based on a Solo song and a couple of 1/3 songs. Based on the MV Jinsoul would be in dance line and everyone knows thats not the case.
