I got one on my account for $28 a month and the total cost is 556 and some change but nothing extra just the Autel i’ve seen them used a dozen times or more. I’ve never actually used one myself. I’m hoping that it’s what I need for resetting things and scanning when it comes to installing the Chevrolet transmissions not programming modules or nothing like that or shift controller just doing the diagnostics making sure there’s no engine lights or anything going on that can cause a transmission to go into limp mode or a vehicle to go into limp mode and maybe my pay will increase at my part-time job at the shop.

I just checked the Autel website and couldn't find a product with the name you just listed. I also couldn't find it on any of their authorized retailers' websites. I DID find an Amazon and eBay listing for it. Are we sure this is an official Autel product and not some knockoff? Or maybe it's just too new and not listed on the website yet.

@ update: it’s genuine. I registered it and everything directly on the Autel site.

@KramerTheWatchGuy Yeah, I meant to come back here and mention something else I found but got distracted with other aspects of life. Thanks for commenting, so it popped up in my feed. Turns out there's more than one official autel website, a US one that only shows a limited selection of products and a global one that shows everything. The MK900BT is a global product not normally shown on the US website.

@KramerTheWatchGuy i meant to come back and mention more stuff I found, but I got distracted with life stuff. Turns out there's at least two official websites, a US one that only shows a limited number of products, and a global one that shows everything. The "US" products can be found on tool trucks and certain retailers like advanced auti or orileys, and the global products are pretty much exclusively found online. The MX900 is a US only product, while the MK900BT is a global product. I have no idea why it's done this way.

@ that’s very odd. I’m US based though. The BT model has been awesome! Highly recommend it.

If anyone is wondering, I did end up returning everything and ordering the mk808s-ts. Unbixing/review of that unit coming soon!

Pros with MK808S-TS is bluetooth and TPMS function, However it doesn't support new DOIP protocol so you're not able to do all diagnostics on newer Volvo, Landrover, VW and more to come. You should have got the MX900-TS instead.

So want bluetooth. Bought one that isnt the bt option then spemd another 120 on an adapter. Instead of spending the extra 150 to get the mx900bt? I mean im being a smart ass. But they do have the standard and bt versions.

@willborio8613 yeah I figured that out.... on Amazon, half of them feel like scams so it was confusing. The one I bought first absolutely had BT however it had been disabled leaving it useless

The mk808k is Bluetooth. It does about the same.

Would have loved to see the review on this scanner, as the header says it was about. You mistakenly uploaded the wrong video, we got the video which was 50% about looking at the box and about your shops snapon scanner, the remainder 50% about how it never had Bluetooth and how upset you were. Perhaps you should ask all relevant questions about a product before buying. All in all a waste of 20mins as no content about the working of the scanner at all.

Your good man, It's not a "have to ask," I ask out of respect for her. She works hard as well and brings good money back to the home, so it is our money, and I don't usually make big decisions without running it past her. I buy tools all the time without asking, but this was $750 after taxes. I wouldn't want her to go buy $700 worth of house decorations without me knowing!

Can you do a crankshaft position relearn with this tool on a 2021 sierra at4? Or with another les expensive Autel? I highly appreciate your help

There are about a thousand different varieties of Sierra. However when manually trying to look it up with general selections I was unable to confirm if it does or not. If I run into a 2021 Sierra of any model type I will check again.

having 3 autel scan tools all dead by different means like ms906 went buggy so i restored to factory just to wipe tablet??? BT906 an upgrade to lose cord yet only works if vci is plugged into tablet ,, the ts508 is an error machine!!! autel warranty is garbage just a regurgitation of subscription priority ,, but why would you invest more in what was under their socalled sub warranty never fixed or addressed!!! Autel is a decent scan tool with built in obsolesence features for exrta cost to cunsumer!!! between their failed warrant and proprietary data theft lawsuit you have a sort of rebranding of OTOFIX emerging !!!!! becareful of any computer that wipes useability on restore to factory!!!!!!!!!!!!
