Not necessarily... A Force Sensitive or Force User will generally be detectable yes... But they have to also be active in using the force. Medichlorians surround Every Living Being - So unless actively using Force Powers or establishing a connection to the force, Leia would seem just like anyone else... At the time of A New Hope, She is not even aware she is a Force Sensitive and is NOT establishing a connection to "The Living Force" Also, A Force Sensitive is NOT always someone who can utilise the Force... There could be up to 100 People on the Blockade Runner who are Force Sensitive, but cannot use it! It is actually very well established in A New Hope that someone MUST BE CONNECTING WITH THE FORCE for Vader to detect them... When He detects Obi-Wan on the Death Star for instance, He recognises teh feeling but cannot identify WHO it is... That takes him some time! In the Death Star Trench Run, Only then does he become aware of Luke being Strong with the force - "The Force is Strong with this one"... By your logic, Vader should have known IMMIDIATLEY that Luke was a Jedi in Training when he saw him running for the Falcon... But he didn't! No, Vader can only detect a Force User when they are actively using the Force or if they are So adept in it that they must be a Knight or Master of the Force... Expanded Universe canon as well, Vader's Suit also limits his abilities - A deliberate design flaw created by Palpatine as Vader would inevitably kill him - And Palpatine KNEW he would - Vader's suit was designed DELIBERATELY to prevent Vader killing Palpatine SOONER! (Well, now with the Disney Sequels that is... Initially it was to prevent Palpatine Dying PERIOD! Palpatine knows the Rule of Two, The Apprentice will ALWAYS KILL the Master! And he made every effort to ensure that Vader could not!)

Yes because he is the Chosen One that will bring balance to the force. Remember Palpatine already planted the seed of doubt in Anakin against the Jedi council. Even if they made him a Jedi master, Palpatine will still manipulate things to make Anakin hate the Jedi. Plus, the Jedi council also is becoming too political hence the force is already unbalance it needs to be corrected. In short, Anakin needs to become Vader in order to wipe out the Jedi then redeem back to Anakin to wipe out the Sith by killing Darth Sidious. It is his destiny. Neither the Jedi nor the Sith understand that bringing balance to the force means wiping out both their respective order. Both Anakin and as Vader are the key to this prophecy.

after vader dies , they show the ghosts of ono wan yoda and then anakin comes up smiling at luke but how did they get the hayden anakin to be a ghost when he wouldn’t have looked like that as that film was made years before hayden was anakin

if you find an old starwars movie disk from the original trillogy, they dont have hayden, they have the actor that was in darth vaders suit, but in new disks and whats show on disney plus, they edited him into hayden instead

Darth Vader was the destructor of entire Planets in his insatiable quest to destroy all the Jedi in the Galaxy. Even the mere whisper that a Jedi was on a planet or a city would mean that planet or cities destruction. He killed billions. He's not really a character to feel sorry for.

We love wat we've been given, but how much more superb would the story and saga of star wars and it's characters have been if Lucas had spent more years writing and developing it all before unleashing it prematurely? I suppose though, it's the bane of every artist who needs to eat to release his creation before it's matured.
