Same situation with a SAK I just bought for $4 CDN. I’ve sprayed it once but will do it again because it is still very stiff

Dear goodness I was holding my breath as you were fighting with that blade. Mercifully the WD40 did its job.

Usted y el aceite lo han vencido. 😅 Yo tengo uno igual, suizo, apenas estrenado, que me regaló nuestro hijo cuando empezó a trabajar sobre los 18 años, ahora tiene 46 y espero no tener el mismo problema para abrirlo. 😂 Gracias y saludos Steve.

Open all the tools on the knife and give it a good spray with wd40, be as good as new.

Please do NOT use WD-40 it will sieze in time and is not a sufficient lubricant. Just use food safe mineral oil.
